LuHarrie takes your privacy very seriously and this privacy policy is updated regularly so do keep checking back. In order to give you the best browsing experience of the site and fulfil your order the information I collect is your name, e-mail address, postal address and your contact number is optional. If ordering a bespoke piece you may provide additional information in order to customise the piece. 


In order for LuHarrie to receive payments online I use third party payment platforms Paypal and Stripe. These allow you to pay securely using your Paypal account, debit or credit card.

I do not share your data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist me in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you. As described above I use Stripe and Paypal in order to receive online payments - you can review their privacy policies above.


I may also release your information if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, or in order to enforce my site policies, protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your data and also the right to access and request changes to errors in your data and indeed the removal of your data.
